The BSU™ Barrel Stabilizer Unit is designed to lock down the gun's inner barrel to prevent any vibrational movement at the muzzle which causes major inconsistencies to your shots over long distances.
Once installed, your Honey Badger performance will noticeably shoot straighter and further with a proven improvement in your groupings. In addition, your AM-013 will immediately operate more silently as the stabilizer closes the hollow void inside suppressor which creates echoes during your shots.
The BSU™ is a simple, yet highly effective drop-in upgrade for the AM-013 and is designed to be easily installed by yourself. An essential upgrade to make your shots count when it matters!
Testing Axial Movements
It is common for the inner barrel experience movement when installed onto the rifle. There are currently nothing that holds on to the muzzle end of the inner barrel.
As a result a unsteady inner barrel can affect the BBs hop-up spin hence affecting the accuracy.
Simple Installation of the Barrel Stabilizer Unit
The Barrel Stabilizer Unit is design to fill the gap to fully lock-down the front end of the inner barrel.
Simply push into place and install the suppressor cap back on to complete the process.
Exactly Barrel Centering
Once the BSU is installed it will keep the inner barrel steadily locked perfectly in the center. This is important to eliminate factors that could affect your accuracy calibration process.
Eliminate the Vibration
Once the BSU is installed, the inner will be full centered and stabilized thus termination of the sway and vibration from the stock set-up.
Calibration for the perfect shot can now begin!
Compatible on all Generations of the AM-013
The BSU is designed to be compatible across the variant generations of the AM-013 with minor manufacturing differnences. The 3M foam at the back makes up the difference to ensure the suppressor cap can be installed perfected on all models.
Upgrade to Increase Consistency
Once the BSU is installed you will notice heigtened improvedmtn on accuracy and consisteny of your shos over longer distance. Calibrating your hop-up will be easier for your needs.
We tested the before (left) versus after on the groupings over a 35m distance and happy to report the improved findings. Go for the head shots!
Ultra-Tough Polycarbonate
The Advanced Inner Barrel Ring is manufactured through plastic injection molding using polycarbonate as the material which is lightweight and tough against the stresses while installed into the hop-up chamber.
Tech Work For Installation
There are some instances where the BSU may be too tight to fit into the suppressor cap. Some light sanding on the outer edges incrementally until it fits perfect and snug.
Tech Tip
In general, anything that moves in the rifle especially in the hop-up/ inner barrel should be strictly locked down to eliminate the factors that could affect the consistencies of the shots fired.
Silent Tactical Encounters
The BSU will suppress the hollow noise coming from the Honey Badgers suppressor for every shots fired. You will immediately notice a reduction in echoes caused by this. Prefect for sneaking up the enemy.
